Project Britannic, 2012
A selection of distinct scientists and divers from Belgium, Greece, Italy and the UK will meet in the Aegean Sea in spring 2012 to conduct a series of interconnected environmental studies on the shipwreck of HMHS Britannic.
The goal of the study is to evaluate the condition of the wreck and study possible effects on the surrounding environment.
Modern Closed Cirquit Rebreather Trimix diving techniques will be applied by the project divers so that they can safely visit the depth of 95-120m and execute effectively the plans of the scientific team.
Divers or scientists interested to participate in the project please contact us at info@divertraining.org
Relevant information and updates will be posted on www.projectbritannic.com |
